HOPE IN EVERYDAY LIFE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wisdom calls us to the world to reveal her gentleness and her love. (<\/em>Acts of the General Chapter 2024)<\/p>\n

\u201cHope does not disappoint\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (Rom 5:5)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Jubilee Year of Hope, together with the Church\u2019s synodal journey as pilgrims of hope<\/em>, has awakened a renewed spirit in the Church. The celebration of Christmas once again reminded us of God\u2019s enduring love for humanity, assuring us that we are never alone. God walks with us in every circumstance of life.<\/p>\n

Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, embraced a humble beginning marked by insecurity, violence and suffering. By fully entering into the fragility of the human condition, Jesus revealed a new way of living: a life filled with hope, committed to human dignity, justice and a preferential love for the poor. His example continues to inspire us, to persevere with courage and to build a world shaped by compassion and solidarity. As we begin the New Year let us renew our commitment to continue our journey of hope along with the people of God by creating a dwelling place for Wisdom in our hearts in which to live and act with us[i]<\/strong><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Captivated by Christ-Wisdom<\/strong><\/p>\n

Montfort and Marie-Louise left everything behind to embrace the path of Wisdom in the simplicity of daily life. Filled with hope, they reached out in love and compassion to the poor of their time. While Montfort asked Marie-Louise to work with the poor, she chose to be one among them, so that the mystery of incarnation was lived in the context and the reality. It was a clear indication of allowing Wisdom to work in and through her for a new beginning.<\/p>\n
